We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, but everything was great. We booked standard twin room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The check in was early, the staff was fantastic. The location right next to a zoo was great for us. Popped in Kama Pub for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Nothing negative to say.

The venue is clean, with great and handy location near to Comfortable NEAR MRT, and Free ramen and different subway stations. The stuff are courteous, offer excellant services. The room is extremely spacious and equipped with a safe, TV and a fridge. I do recommend this hotel and would love to come back here some time...

We had an amazing time enjoying the daily free drinks and a surprising facial steamer in our room. The hot spring baths and sauna were perfect for relaxation after our adventures. Only downside was the sometimes crowded public areas due to large tourist groups, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😊

Oh, the food scene is lit! I hit up Fukuseiro for the best Chinese dumplings and Kyushu Ramen Kio for slurp-worthy noodles-major wins on the culinary front! The free booze and ramen at night? Total game changer! Plus, the super nice team with our travel plans and the hot spring? Pure bliss.

It was a little too packed with tourists. Can't let that spoil the good vibes.
